Not training alone, but training with motivation gets 100% out of you

Personal training is a term that we use to describe a central part of sports medicine: You can go to the studio alone to train, do something on a mat alone to train, or train alone with me as your personal trainer. Trained 1:1, we create 100% of your training successes together. You will learn to move properly and have fun!

What support can I offer you?

As a competitive swimmer, I always had to work a lot to build up my muscle strength, maintain it and then convert it into powerful, forward-moving movements in the water. It would never have been possible to gain strength in the water, and unfortunately it was never possible to significantly improve one's endurance or become more flexible in the water. All of this training had to happen on land.


In competitive sports, we always had trainers at our side for endurance training, strength training and flexibility training, but even this support wasn't mine support for you as your personal trainer to compare! 'Personal' is translated into German as 'persönlich' and means that a trainer and a client always work together. This way you are always my focus! You say what you want to achieve. You say how you feel about the training. You say what you would like to continue training or trying. In this way, together we get closer and closer to your training goal or formulate additional ones!

What value does your personal training offer you?

Personal training is your most intensive, individual, daily and successful way to train. Because it's not me training with you, but... I motivate you to get the most, the most possible and the most successful out of yourself in your training. In all the years that I was active as a swimming coach, I only stood at the edge of the pool, on the side of the field or next to my young people and adults training. I looked at what was happening and then motivated myself to hold on better, move better or get involved with what was happening with more joy.


For your personal training, this means that I use my arms and hands as well as my legs and feet in addition to my eyes and ears to perceive you, to hold you or to offer you possible resistance. In this way you will scream again and again from the effort, realize again and again that it was possible and then be happy about it, step by step your body on the ladder of further development to have advanced yourself.
